Ario Majd Asia International Trading Group is in active cooperation and partnership with superb mining companies at the national and international levels in the field of international marketing, export and import of mineral powders, mineral stones and construction stones.
Iran has one of the largest diverse mineral resources in the world. Due to the huge capacity of the mining sector in the preparation of mineral ores and also in cooperation with various processing plants in the country, this trading group provides a variety of mineral and even industrial powders with different granulations of 3-100 microns, such as Gilsonate, Barite, bentonite, hematite, dolomite, talc, lithopene, mica, chromite, lime, gypsum, etc. have been used for various uses.
•Gilsonite
Gilsonate or bitumen (natural asphalt) is a heavy hydrocarbon that is formed directly from crude oil reserves. The volatile elements of crude oil have evaporated over many years under very high physical, geographical and geological conditions under very high pressure and have been formed in tens of thousands of years in parts of the Gilsonat mines. Gilsonate has different characteristics based on special conditions that have been produced over many years, but is generally solid in color with a dark color and high carbon content.
Gilsonate has various applications in oil and gas drilling, road construction and asphalt and construction insulation industries.
• Barite
Barite belongs to the group of sulfates and is a natural compound of barium sulfate with the formula BaSO4. It is also called Heavy Spar and has a high specific gravity compared to other non-metallic materials. The specific gravity of this mineral is about 4.3 to 4.6 grams per cubic centimeter.
Barite is found in nature as sedimentary, layered and streaked. Barite is normally white to light gray, but may also appear in bluish, brown, or black colors. This mineral is an industrial mineral and has many applications in industry. It is one of the most important applications in the oil and gas well drilling industry. Other applications of barite are in glass, rubber, paint, ceramics, etc. industries.
• Bentonite
Bentonite is a fine-grained mineral formed from swollen minerals and contains at least 80% Montmorillonite clay. Most bentonites are formed by the metamorphism of volcanic ash in the presence of water.
Bentonite particles slide easily on each other and have high viscosity and good viscosity, which causes high water absorption and swelling. Bentonite can absorb water many times without losing its swelling properties. Bentonite is widely used in various industries such as casting, drilling oil and gas wells, military industries, chemical production, etc.
• Mica
It is a metamorphic mineral with sheet structure, shiny crystals and elastic capability. Mica is a group of silicones that are composed of hydrated silicates, aluminum, potassium, calcium, sodium, etc. Mica has complex chemical compounds and for this reason it is available in nature in green, yellow, silver, light brown, pale green, etc.
Mica has various applications such as in military industries, drilling oil and gas wells, glass and window making, electronics, construction materials, industrial paints and ....
• Hematite
Hematite is one of the iron minerals with the chemical formula Fe2O3, which in pure form has about 70% iron and 30% oxygen. It is available in nature in the form of lumps, soil and crystals. Hematite is the most important iron stones in the world because it is more abundant in different parts of the world than magnetite, which contains a higher percentage of iron.
Hematite has a specific gravity of 4.8 grams per cubic centimeter and can be used to increase the density of water-based drilling fluids and fluids and pressure control. Hematite has a higher specific gravity than Barite and therefore less material is required when used, but hematite has more abrasion properties than Barite.
Hematite has various applications in industry, including mineral extraction, oil and gas drilling, paint making, sunscreen, etc. is used.

Mineral stones contain precious elements and metals that are extracted from the mines and processed and the elements and metals are separated from them. The amount of elements and metals in each ton or cubic meter of rocks determines their degree. The higher the degree of rocks in a mine, the more efficient and reduced the cost of extraction and processing.
In general, rocks and mineral metals are among silicates, oxides, sulfides and natural metals such as iron, copper, etc. This trading group provides various types of iron ore, copper ore, manganese ore, lead and zinc and concentrate and soils. They are made with different grades.
• Iron ore
About 5% of the Earth's crust is made up of the metal element iron ore. Iron metal from iron ore processing is in the form of dark brown and silver powder. Iron metal alone is not strong and for use in various industries such as construction, automotive, etc. must be combined with various other elements such as chromium and nickel in steel mills and steel production.
To produce one ton of iron at 1600 ° C, you need about 1.75 tons of iron powder, 750 kg of coal and 250 kg of lime.
• Iron concentrate
Concentrate is a powder that is extracted from iron ore and is completely black and is used in various industries related to iron ore. Concentrate is one of the by-products produced from iron ore and its purpose is to upgrade low quality iron ore. In this way, waste and unused iron ore is returned to the production cycle.
Concentrate is used to produce various types of iron pellets, sponge iron, etc. Iron concentrate has no additives, so less energy and time is spent on the smelting process, so it is very important in the steel industry.
• Copper stone
Copper is a metal element with high ductility and thermal and electrical conductivity. Pure copper is soft and highly malleable and reddish-orange. This metal is in three forms: oxidized rocks, sulfur rocks and natural copper. Accordingly, copper mines in the world are both open and underground.
Oxidized rocks are mostly found in the earth's crust and are mostly composed of sulfates, carbonates and sometimes silicates. Most copper ores are sulfur ores that form deeper than the earth's crust. Copper is sometimes found freely in nature in the form of fine grains in nature.
•Copper concentrate
Copper concentrate is used as a raw material in copper smelting. Copper concentrate is in two types of sulfide and oxide, which is mostly made of sulfide ore and contains about 30% of copper and 70% of iron and sulfur. To produce copper concentrate, copper ores are concentrated in processing plants after crushing and grinding, and copper concentrate with a grade of more than 20% is produced.
After producing copper concentrate from ore, they are transferred to copper smelters and after refining and raising their grade, copper is obtained.
